Chinatown
Chinatown is a Chinese district located next to the Central Area of Singapore. In Chinatown, one can easily find Chinese themed decorations and items lining every
place of the area. The Chinese population of Singapore visits the place regularly due to the rich Chinese culture that fills the place almost everyday.
During the Chinese New Year festival which occurs once every year, Chinatown will be crowded with Singaporeans, which do not necessarily include only the
Chinese. Singaporeans visit Chinatown for their Chinese New Year shopping and to immerse themselves in the rich Chinese culture which fills the place so as to
celebrate the joyous occasion.
